  • 100 ml oil
  • 150 gm cauliflower Gobi
  • 1 Potatoes Aloo
  • 1 Bell Peeper
  • 1 Carrot
  • 2 Tomatoes
  • 1 Onions
  • 100 g Garlic Beans
  • 1 tsp Garlic Paste
  • 1 tsp Ginger Paste
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Chilli Powder
  • 1 tsp tumeric Powder
  • 1 tsp cummin powder
  • 1/2 tsp Garam Masala
  • 400 ml water
  • 1 tsp coriander
  • 1 tsp Methi

How to Make Vegetable Curry

Step By Step

  • Mix the vegetable oil to a pan and heat on medium heat
  • Mixed the chopped potatoes and saute for 5 minutes
  • Mixed the carrots,green beans,cauliflower saute for a 5 minutes
  • Mix the chopped pepper and saute for 2 minutes fried vegetables
  • Mixed onions in pan.Cook for 5 minutes to low heat
  • Mix ginger and garlic paste for 2 minutws
  • Mix chopped tomatoes and cook for 5 minutes
  • Mix the salt,tumeric powder,garam masala,coriander powder,cumin powder cook for 5 minutes
  • Add 300 ml water cook for 10 minutes
  • Mix fried vegetables and cook for 10 minutes
  • Mix methi and chopped coriander
  • Serve with naan or rice
