Lamb Curry Recipe
Ingredients
- 70 ml olive oil
- 3 onions
- 4 tomatoes
- 1 tsp Ginger Paste
- 1 tsp Garlic Paste
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp chilli powder
- 700 g Lamb
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1/2 tsp Garam Masala
- 1 tsp Methi
- 700 ml water
- Coriander

Step By Step
- In a pan heat the oil on medium heat
- Mix the onion and cook for 5 minutes
- Mix the ginger paste and garlic paste for 2 minutes
- Mix the cut tomatoes and cook for 10 minutes
- Mix the salt, tumeric powder,coriander powder,chilli powder cook spices for 4 minutes.
- Add the lamb or mutton cook for 10 minutes with spices. Mix water
- Cover the lid
- Cook for 45 minutes until meat is tender
- Add garam masala,coriander and dried fenugreek
- Serve with Naan or rice as you like.
