  • Brown the onions. Searing the meat to brown. Dont fry over.
  • Mix spices and cook in hot oil.Add a water
  • For stovetop allow to boil.Add water and mix to combine
  • Thick the gravy. stir into atta flour.Allow to cook and thicken.

  • In a big bowl cut the pieces of chicken in large chunks wash and clean completely
  • Add masala paste,salt,red chilli powder,tumeric powder,corriander powder,lemon juice garam masala and yogurt
  • Add pieces of chicken and 2tsp oil
  • Keep this marinated chicken for 2-3 hours
  • Heat oil in a pan,fry onion and turn into golden brown color.Keep aside cool.
  • In a blender mix fried onion,chopped tomatoes,coriander leaves, mint leaves,ginger garlic,green chillies

  • Take a bowl yeast,water and sugar.Cover the bowl for 10 minutes to yeast.Add salt, flour,yogurt and olive oil.Knead the flour to make dough.Cover and rest the dough for 1 hours.Knead the dough in 2 segments.
  • Use Chicken Tikka Chunks I prepared a day before
  • Apply a thick layer of cheese. Place onion rings,small pieces of capiscum,green chillies.Topped with chicken chunks.Sprinkle chaat masala.Apply egg on pizza crust edges.

  • First in a pan add oil and heat for one minute, mix cumin seeds and green chillies.Add chopped onion and saute.Add salt,red chilli powder,tumeric powder chaat masala.Cook for about 1 minute to release the spiceness.Add boiled potatoes.Mesh the potatoes and cook for two minutes.Add fresh corainder and after mixing cool down temperature.
  • In a bowl add yeast, water and whisk it.Cover the yeast to rise for 10 minutes.Add salt,olive oil and yogurt.Make a soft dough.Cover the dough for one hours.keep in a warm place.After 2 hours dough to knead and make segments.
  • Take a segment of dough and roll in circular shape.Put the stuffing in middle of dough.Brush milk at top and sprinkle sesame.
  • Preheat the oven and aluminium foil is placed on tray.Brush the oil at the base of foil.Set all the naans and bake it for 200 Centigrade for 10 minutes.

Pan Frying The Chicken

Heat the pan with butter and oil.Fry chikcen from all sides. Take the chicken from bowl after its color golden brown.

Prepare Creamy Garlic Sauce

In same pan mix garlic gloves.Add chopped onion and caramelized it with garlic.Turn temperature down and add yogurt cream or fresh cream.Stir until onion and garlic mix well.

Simmer Chicken in Garlic Sauce

Add fried chicken pieces into creamy sauce.Cover and simmer for 15 minutes on heat. After 20 minutes chicken ready to serve.
