Cowboys defeat Giants for first home win in almost a year

The Dallas Cowboys memorize what it felt like to win at AT&T Stadium again with 27-20 Thanksgiving Day victory against New York Giants.

“The rest might be most important part of the schedule” McCarthy said

“If you just look at what we have been dealing with rest and recovery will really help us. The schedule is set up for our players to be on a bye week. They have some responsibility on Monday.

On Thursday the Cowboys lost safety Juanyeh Thomas and cornerback Josh Butler to knew injuries.

Six years ago Matt Nagy started as coach of the Bears his play sheet carried in mega and doubtful 2 word text.

Purdy does not have physically skills to make that play. He needs to understand this and he must stay within the boundaries of what he can do.

He is not Lamar Jackson. He is not Joe Burrow. He is not Patrick Mahomes.

He has seven interceptions Purdy threw in first two days of padded practices he was trying and failing to be someone he is not he produced one of the dirtiest moments of the 2024 preseason on Sunday night when he rolled left stopped and launched the ball forward the right sideline.

There is no shame in Purdy trying to will himself to a high level of performance at some point he needs to realize that when it comes to becoming like best of best quarterbacks in football.

Brock Purdy and multiple other starting attacking players fro San Francisco 49ers will get one final preseason  tuneup before season opener with excellent performances.

The Niners will missing All Pro running back Christian Mc Caffrey who is suffering from Calf injury and two of their major players are in contract fight.

The Niners moved into the final preseason match with very few queries outside of the contract status of Williams and Alyuk.
