Brad Pitt wins legal clash with Angelina Jolie over vineyard dispute.

In the ongoing legal battle between Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt concerning their 500 million dollar French vineyard.

The recent win has tipped the scales in favor of the Moneyball star. The 60 year veteran actor has been embroiled in legal proceeding in Luxembourg and California over Chateau Miraval, the famous vineyard. asserting his right to ownership share.

The couple first bought the estate together before their marriage with Jolie owning 40% and Pitt holding 60%. This legal battle intensified after Jolie sold her shares to Yuri Shefler the owner of Russian vodka giant stoli.

Following their marriage at the winery in 2014 Pitt gifted Joli 10% additional transforming the ownership structure into a 50 50 divide when they separated in 2016.

Pitt has contested the validity of Jolie sale of her shares arguing that deal was not legal. He insist he should retain a 60% ownership and control the property.

The focus of the disagreement centers on the extra 10% gifted to Jolie with Pitt contesting in court their agreement for extra share is unenforceable.

The Luxembourg court at least temporarily has ruled in Pitts favor returning the 10% to him until final decision is accessed.

Pitt currently maintains a 60/40 split in ownership allowing him to retain control of the property.

The legal fought is anticipated to extend for year or more keeping the ultimate resolution in suspense. Representatives of both parties have not comments on the matter.
