In the ongoing legal battle between Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt concerning their 500 million dollar French vineyard.

The recent win has tipped the scales in favor of the Moneyball star. The 60 year veteran actor has been embroiled in legal proceeding in Luxembourg and California over Chateau Miraval, the famous vineyard. asserting his right to ownership share.

The couple first bought the estate together before their marriage with Jolie owning 40% and Pitt holding 60%. This legal battle intensified after Jolie sold her shares to Yuri Shefler the owner of Russian vodka giant stoli.

Following their marriage at the winery in 2014 Pitt gifted Joli 10% additional transforming the ownership structure into a 50 50 divide when they separated in 2016.

Pitt has contested the validity of Jolie sale of her shares arguing that deal was not legal. He insist he should retain a 60% ownership and control the property.

The focus of the disagreement centers on the extra 10% gifted to Jolie with Pitt contesting in court their agreement for extra share is unenforceable.

The Luxembourg court at least temporarily has ruled in Pitts favor returning the 10% to him until final decision is accessed.

Pitt currently maintains a 60/40 split in ownership allowing him to retain control of the property.

The legal fought is anticipated to extend for year or more keeping the ultimate resolution in suspense. Representatives of both parties have not comments on the matter.

SIM swapping ring $400 M stole in crypto from a US company officials allege

The US may have revealed the nation mega SIM swap scheme yet charging a Chicago man and co conspirators with stealing $400 million in cryptocurrency by targeting more 50 victims in over than a dozen states including one company.

SIM swap attacks happens when fraudulently induces a wireless carrier to reassign a mobile from the legitimate subscriber or user SIM card to a SIM card managed by a criminal actor.

Once the swap occurs the bad actor can beat various factor authentication safety and reach online to steal money or data.

A latest indictment alleged that Robert Powell using online moniker was the head of a SIM swapping group.

Powell’s accused crew allegedly used identification card printers to forge documents than pose as victims visiting Verizon, AT&T, T Mobile retail stores in Minnesota, Indiana, Utah, Colorado, Florida, Maryland, Texas, Tennessee, Virginia and District of Columbia.

Powell has been charge with conspiracy to commit wire fraud and conspiracy to commit identity theft and reach device fraud, Special Agent Brent Bledsoe expressed in the indictment.

This Friday Powell faces a detention hearing where he ordered by the US Marshal Service to appear in person.

Lego to release Notre Dam Cathedral Set

Lego will release a model of Paris Notre Dame Cathedral this summer, LEGO Architecture line, various LEGO news sites reported.

The LEGO Notre Dame Cathedral will one of the mega sets ever released in LEGO Architecture line . The set which consist of more than 4300 brick will retail for $229.99 and will go on sale June 1 a LEGO website added.

The release date of the LEGO Notre Dame Cathedral set is six months before the Paris Cathedral planned reopening on December 8 2024 and is after 5 year anniversary of the fire that destroyed a large portion of the cathedral roof.

Construction is ongoing and will continue for various years after the cathedral reopens, Paris tourism office added.

On April 15 2019 a fire begin on the roof of Notre Dame damaging the cathedral roof and destroying its spire. Rebuilding efforts have continued and spire was officially replace on December 6 2023.
