Netflix release Trainwreck The Astroword tragedy is documentary about devastating events of Nov 5 2021 in Houston Texas during Travis Scott music festival.

Who was Rodolfo Rudy Pena?
Rudy was family oriented and youngest of five kids. A senior student at Laredo Community College studying crininology close to finishing the program at time of his death.
The college honored Rudy posthumously at what would have been his graduation ceremony.

His family says Rudy loved muisc dancing football specially the Dallas Cowboys.
He played football at Joseph W Nixon High School LMT reported.
His sister, Jennifer Pena called him the sweetest person friendly outgoing adding
“He had many friends because he was always there for everyone”
“All I want for people to remember is his big and adorable smile” his mother Maria De Los Angeles Pena said in interview with LMT almost year after incident.
“It made day of anyone much better and I know it made my life a whole lot better. He was my life”
Cause of death
A massive crowd surge at Astroworld music festival caused compression aspyxia killing 10 people.
Officials said concertgoers were packed to tightly that could not breathe or move their arms.

Gates opened at 10 am. Fans rushed the gates storming in and those without tickets entered venue.
Hours before concert Rudy phoned his family from Houston to confirm his safe arrival according to Houston Chronicle.
Travis Scott hit the stage after 9 pm By 9:30 pm injuries started getting reported.

Jurisdiction
Plaintiffs filed 49 lawsuits in Harris County in connection with tragedy.
In 2023 a Houston grand jury found no individual was responsible for deaths at Astroworld.
Out of cout settlements for undisclosed amounts resolved all 10 wrongful death lawsuits against Live Nation Travis Scott and other defendants.
Travis Scott and Live Nation response
Scott expressed grief for victims and families and offered to pay funeral cost for all ten concert deaths to assist thoe affected.
Headlining rapper Travis Scoot from Houston said he was destroyed by event.
The sellable capacity for venue was set by SMG Global and approved by Houston Fire Department before tickets went on sale.
The number of tickets sold and attendees on sit did not exceed approved capacity.

“Stage right of main is getting crushed. This is bad. Pull tons over the rail unconscious. There is panic in people eyes. This could get worse quickly.’
