NYC schools going remote Tuesday due to snow threat

New York City public schools will go remote Tuesday city officials revealed monday before a winter storm estimated to dump up to 8 inches of snow on five boroughs.

It will be a test of asynchronous learning for the nation mega public school district. The city had for all intents and aims done away with snow days after Covid 19 pandemic forced more innovative learning.

That said the city has not moved fully remote for snow day to this point. The New York City has suspended alternate side parking regulations for Tuesday.
