A former NFL quarterback was arrested after a drunken fight with 69 year old man over parking according to probable cause affidavit filed in case.
Fox sports analyst Marck Sanchez 38 facing misdemeanor charges of battery resulting in injury public intoxication and illegal entry of motor vehicle for his role in fight.

A first hearing has not been set in case Sanchez remained hospitalized early Oct 5 according to police.
The fight start over Sanchez being upset that 69 year old man parked his work box truck at loading dock to collect used cooking oil the court documents state.
Sanchez was stabbed before 12:30 am Oct 4 in downtow indianapolis in an alleyway Loughmiller Pu and Eatery.
He suffered stab wound to his upper torso and was moved to Eskenazi hospital in critical position.
He was upgraded to normal condition.
This incident should never happened Marion County Prosecutor Ryan Mears said.
What began as disagreement between 38 year old former professional athlete and 69 year old man should not escalated into violence or left anyone injured.

At scened Detective Joshua Slayton was advised that two hotels on either side of alley where the stabbing took place the Westin and Indianapolis Marriot Downtow had surveillance video.
The video quality was poor.
As Slayton start walking over to Marriott a witness who was parked in alley just north of stabbing scened told him he saw a larger man believed to be Sanchez who stand s6 feet 2 inches tall and 69 year old box truck driver interacting.
The witness first thought they were mates and did not pay much attention to their interaction but he notice they were using cellphone to record each other.
According to court documents the witness then saw both men go to other side of truck out of his view before seeing truck driver tumble over on opposite side of curb and man believed to be Sanchez standing over him before he ran northbound in alley.
Video from the Indianapolis Marriott Downtown shows Sanchez approaching the driver’s door of a large box truck in the alley, according to a probable cause affidavit. He opened the door and began a conversation with a man, who was struggling to understand because he wasn’t wearing his hearing aids, he told police.
Video shows the two appear to have an interaction back at the driver’s side door after Sanchez follows the man, who is seen walking backwards away from him.
Sanchez is seen running after the man and video show Mr Sanchez grabbing and throwing the man toward the wall of Westin.
The fight continues in alley between large dumpster and truck before moving toward middle of alley.

The man told police he reached into his pocket and pulled out pepper spray and spray Sanchez but former NFL quarter back just wiped it away.
The man thought This guy is trying to kill me so he pulled out his knife and when Sanchez came at him the man struck him two or three time with knife he told security.
The man said Sanchez looked at hime with look of shock slowly turned around and took off northbound in alley.
Sanchez was scheduled to be part of broadcast crew for Sunday competition between the Las Vegas Raiders and Indianapolis Colts at Lucas Oil Stadium with no longer work the match.
Sanchez played eight season in NFL afer being selected fiffth by the New YorK Jets in 2009 draft out of USC.
He assisted the jets move to back to back AFC Championshio Games in first two seasons.
He played for the Philadelphia Eagles Dallas Cowboys and Washington the team he appeared in regular season match for in 2018.
Mark married his wife Perry in 2023. The couple has three kids together.
