Canadian Claim Record Breaking 20,000 + iZEV Rebates in May 2024
May was a mega month for iZEV rebates in Canada with Canadians claiming over 20,000 rebates in single month for first time since program inception in 2019. According to data released by Transport Canada, Tesla continues to lead the method with almost 5,000 rebate claims while Hyundai has half that amount. More than 2600 Kia and Ford were in race for third place with less than 100 rebates separating two but kia came out before with 2005 rebate claims.
