During Big Boss 19 Weekend Ka Vaar episode Salman Khan spoke about Sikandar & poked fun at AR Murugadoss for comments on his late reach on the movie set.

In interview with Valaipechu voice after release of Sikandar Murugadoss spoke about reason why the movie failed to work at box office.

“Its not easy to shoot with star.

Even day scenes we have to shoot at night because he turns up on set only by 8 pm.

We are used to shooting right from early mornings but that not how things work there he said.

It affected other actors on set.

“It there were four kids in scene we would have to shoot with them at 2 am even if it is shot of them returning from school

They would become tired by that time and usually dozed off”.

The story was emotional but i could not execute it well he added.

After death of his wife Saishri he embarks on mission to protect three individuals in Mumbai who have received organ donation from his late wife.

Sikandar and poled fun at AR Murugadoss for his comment on Salman late arrival on movie set.

Comedian Ravi Gupta attended the show and asked Salman to name the film that he regrets doing.
Looking back at his career Salman took names of Suryavanshi 1992 and Nischay 1992.

“Nayi mein se koi nahi hai log kehte hain Sikandar par maon nahi manta uska plot
bahut acha tha i do not regret doing any movie in recent time.
People do say it can be Sikandar but i do not believe that.
The plot of the movies was good.
Following this Slamna criticize AR Murugadoss for his words after Sikandar failure at Box Office.

Salman added in fear tone “Lekin kya hai na mein main set pe raat ke 9 baje pahucta tha toh usme gadbad ho gayi. Meri pasaliyan tooti thi isne jo hamare director sahab hain unho ne ye kaha,

Leki unki picture abhi ek release  hui hai jisme actor 6 baje pahuctha tha”

 

This is what the director said but my rib was broken.

Recently another movie of his was released and actor of movie used to reach set by 6.

Salman spoke about produce Sajid Nadiadwala and Murugadoss attempting to escape the criticism for the movie.
“To pahle toh ye picture this Murugadoss aur Sajid Nadiadwala ki.
Uske baad Sajid pahle Kalti.
Murugadoss wapas se hat gaya wah see seedha south mein movie ki.

The Tiger 3 actor went on to take indirect jibe at Madharaasi box office failure adding
“Madharaasi Karke picture unhone directe ki hai jo kl release hui bahut badi film hai aur utni hi badi.
Sikandar se badi blockbuste.
He has directed movie Madharaasi.
It is very big and mega blockbuster than Sikandar.
The Story was emotional but couldnot execute it well he added.
