In complaint which included 99 pages of allegation fact and outlined 22 alleg3ed counts of false light the Macron claim that Owens has endorsed manufactured and prompted series of false statements about them consisting Brigitte Macron was born a man and transitioned to identify as lady that Brigitte Macron statutorily raped a young Macron that two are related and engaged in incest.and Macrons have abused their power to conceal their scandalous pasts.
The lawsuit state that all claims are false and defamatory and alleges that Owens laudered the falsities in pursuit of fame.
The lawsuit cites muliple evidence including images of Young Brigitte a contemporaneous newspaper revealment of her bitth and fact she gave birth to three kids with her first husband to refute Owens claims.
The lawsuit highlights that Owens was sent retraction demand letter in December that disproved her claims about Macrons but Owens went on to produce an eight part video series tittle Becoming Brigitte in which she continued to peddle false claims.
Owens according the complaint misrepresented the letter of her followers that Macrons were trying to intimidate her which she quoted as inspiration for producing the series which was monetized and use to elevate her personal brand.

In addition to reply to retraction demand letter financial motivations and political bias it cites owens reliance on non credible sources to promote inherently improbable conspiracy theory.
