Parent Kuma’s Holding filed a voluntary Chapter 11 bankruptcy petition on June 11 in US Bankruptcy Court of Northern District of Eastern Division and Illinois.

Kuma restaurant is own legal entity so they are not covered by holding company Chapter 11 filing.
The company reported $3.5 million in liabilities in its bankruptcy filing. Kuma’s Corner in latest year has down its concept which has lowering the volume of heavy metal and music to appeal to broader audience.
