Actress Isabelle Tate cause of deaht has been confirmed.

Tate was 23 when she died on Oct 19 according to post by local funeral home.

She had graduated from Middle Tennesse State University and had scored her first ever acting performance in 9-1-1 Nashville before her death. In the pilot episode of 9-1-1 Nashville Tate played Julie who was in wheelchair and attending a strip shwo when Hunter McVey Character Blue paid her attention.  

In a statement shared with PEOPLE, McVey said he was “shocked” to hear of Tate’s death and offered “prayers for her family.”

I did not know Isabelle prior to filming but i couldnot have asked for someone better to work with on one of my first ever days on set he said. On Thursday Oct 23 Tate agency The McCray Agency said in Instagram post actress died of rare form of charcot marie tooth disease. She died peacefully on Oct 19 and her family privacy as they deal with this sudden loss. CMT is rare multisystem multiorgan disease that cause lifelong progresive symptom including muscle weakness and atrophy in arms and legs sensory losss and other complication. These symptioms often lead to challenges with balance walking hand use other activities.
