It supports both VGA mode for terminal and graphics mode for text only operating system.
It emulates X86 PPC and RISC-V architectures and run pre built machines
We are happy to reveal the UTM SE is available for free on iOS and vision OS App store.
Apple rejected the app in June the developer add it was not going to keep trying app was subpar experience. UTM thanked the AltStore team for assisting it and credited another developer. QEMU TCTI implementation was pivotal for this JIT less build.
As with Other emulators on App store you can not do much with UTM SE out of box. It does not come with operating system though the app does link to UTM site which has guides for Window XP through Windows 11 emulation as well as downloads for pre built virtual Linux machine.
Mac OS 9 2 1 and DOS are listed in one screenshot from UTM SE App Store page.
