Google Home is finally rolling out of new Wear OS Favorites Tile and device complications.
Google Home shows a screen detailing What’s new “You might have to restart your watch to get the Tile to appear.
The other update is latest complication type with Google Home for Wear OS already offering one that opens the app.
Selecting Device Shortcut in picker you are presented with list of instruments.
The icon you see next to instrument name will appear on your watch face. This opens app and takes you to solo card to tap swipe or long press.
The new Favorites Tile shows first 5 smart home devices you have favorited in Google Home mobile app.
Google Contacts Tile each is shown by an icon that opens the app to page/card when tapped.
Compare to widget this is not on/off switch.
Open at bottom of the Tile takes you to full list on wrist.
Google past month detailed how Home for Wear OS is getting deeper levels of control from your watch.
This includes ability to adjust fan rotation humidity settings and speed.
