The legend of Maula Jatt is a 2022 Pakistani Punjabi language action drama film. Film is directed and written by Bilal Lashari. The film is an adaption of the 1979 classic Maula Jatt but is considered a remake nor a sequel.

Maula Jatt Film Story

The film starts with Jeva Natt with his tribe, launch furious attack on house of Sardar Jatt. Inspiter of being huge in number they are overpowered, Sardar Jatt and his wife are murdered. Maula, the son of Sardar Jatt survive in the attack and brought up by a woman named Dhaani. Mooda son of Daani takes Maula to his coach who teaches wretling. Mooda coach inspire by Maula and agrees on teaching him. Maula becomes famous after becoming a wrestler but he struggles with brutal dream of past.

Maakha Natt, the son of Jeeva Natt, terrorizes the village of Maula by kidnapping a girl from his village and raping her several time in his haveli.Jeeva Natt decides to declare someone else as the leader of his clan, but Daaro Natt, the daughter of Jeeva Natt declares that only Noori Natt, the elder son of Jeeva Natt who is in prison because of his murder obsession, will become the ruler of the tribe.

Before a quarrel, Maula is approached by an old man who tells him that he has the answer to Maula’s every question. He also tells Maula to meet him in the ruins of Sardar Jatt’s havelli. That night, Maula loses the fight for the first time in his life, but is saved by Mooda. The next day Maula loses the fight for the first time in his life, but is saved by Mooda. The next day, Maula arrives at the ruins of Sardar Jatt haveli where the old man, who was waiting for him to arrive, open the secret that he is the son of Sardar Jatt. The old man then hands him the Gandasa of his father. Maula arrives back to his village, only to find men of Natt tribe terrorising the village once again. Maula in revenge murder all the men. When Maakha come to Maula vilage to investigate the murder of his men, he is insulted and beaten by Maula.

When Maakha returns home to plan his revenge, his sister Daaro infuriate upon hearing what he has agreed to verbally abuses hime but before she could murder the suicide and take his own life. The Natt tribe now struggle to revenge the ashamed that Maula Jatt has caused the while Maula Jatt forced that his decision is enforced and justice.

When Noori Natt gets out of jail, he tells the jailor that he has run out of competition and now desire a opponent. Everyone request, Maula agrees to forgive to the Natt tribe. He leaves the village, Noori arrives at the village in search of Maula. When Moodha told Noori that it was he who humiliated his brother. Noori defeat to death. Maula find Mooda dead. He then promise to kill noori. Maula reach at Natt haveli but captured and Jeeva Natt is killed by Noori. Noori announce Daaro as the captain of the tribe but she is cheated and murdr by her own tribe. Maula ran away. When Noori know he fire the village of Maula and caught everyone. Maula reach at village and fights Noori. At the final Noori is murdered and Maula is announce the hero of the village.
