Few Verizon subscribers with older unlimited plans will see high subscription costs next month.

The mobile carrier will be increasing the cost of 5G Get More 5G Do more and 5G begin unlimited mobile plans by $4 starting in March 2024.

The move is latest Verizon price increase with carrier previously raising rates on some of its previous unlimited plans last summer.

It also adding new fees for other plans.

In 2022 it raised the prices on shared data plans. Plans that previously got a rate hike will not be viewing another increase with this move.

The move looks designed to push user to switch to few of its recent myPlan unlimited plans dubbed Unlimited Ultimate.

Unlimited Welcome and Unlimited Plus. These new plans does not include streaming services like Disney bundle or international data roaming days but lets you add as $10 per month perks.

Starting March 1 Verizon consumers on select older unlimited mobile plans will view a monthly plan increase of $4 per line effective next billing cycle.

The spokesperson notes that pricing for newer plans will remain the same.

Verizon is new wireless provide to adjust its pricing. In January AT&T upped the price of its unlimited plan by 99 cents per line.T Mobile will be raising the prices for its Home Internet Service.

The spokesperson made it bold statement that the aim is to get customers to move to newer plans noting that users on older plan can easily move to myPlan and take advantage of network option that works best for them plus exclusive saving s on entertainment shopping and experiences that matter to them including Walmart, Max, Netflix, Apple One , Disney Plus.
