Ingredients

  • Honey
  • Powder sugar 1/2 cup
  • Gram Flour 1/2 cup
  • Ghee 4 tbspoon
  • Ghee 4 tbspoon softened
  • Salt 1/3 tbspoon
  • Sugar 1/2 tbspoon
  • Flour 1 cup
  • Dried Apricoats 2tbspoons
  • Dates 2 tbspoon
  • Raisin 2 tbspoon
  • Pistachios 2 tbspoons
  • Walnuts 2tbspoons

How To Make Dried Fruit Kachori

Step By Step

  • In a bowl refined flour and white wheat flour with salt and sugar mix
  • Add softened ghee and mix well
  • Add half cup cold water knead into a soft dough
  • Cover with cling wrap and set aside for one hour
  • Heat three tbspoon ghee in a non stick pan
  • Add gram flour until its get brown
  • Mix walnuts,raisins,pistachios, sugar and honey
  • Mix well for two minutes
  • Remove form heat and set to cool down room temperature
  • Divide the dough into equal parts and into a ball
  • Place a portion of the gram flour mixture in centre
  • Pinch the seams jointly and flatten into a thick kachori
  • Heat sufficient ghee in a deep non stick pan
  • Slide in kachoris
  • Until heat golden brown
  • Drain an absorbent paper
