  • In a bow mix the yogurt and cream with ingredients.
  • Cut the chicken into huge chunks mix into marinade and coat each piece
  • Set aside and marinate for 30 minutes
  • Once ready to cook in oven and place on tray
  • Roast the chikcen for 10 minutes and turn for 10 minutes
  • Serve with a naan bread

  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp Garlic Paste
  • 1 tsp Ginger
  • 1 tsp Green Chilli Paste
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 tbsp coriander
  • 1 tbsp Methi
  • 1 tbsp cornflour
