Background actor of ‘MaXXXine’ accused Mia Goth kicking in the Head in Latest Lawsuit

A background actor sued Mia Goth on Friday, alleging that she intentionally kicked him in the head during a scene last April. In the lawsuit James Hunter states that he was hired for three days to work to play the role of “Dead Parishioner” On the fist night of shooting, he lay on the ground for several hours covered in fake blood enduring mosquitoes and ants.

Hunter claims that he suffered a concussion after Goth kicked him during production on the A24 sequel “MaXXXine”. The film is third in a trilogy of horror movies directed by Ti West and Starring Goth, following Pearl and X both released in 2022.

In the scene Goth was to run past him and sometimes step over him, look down and keep running.The suit alleges that on the 4th take Goth stepped on him. Hunter Complained on the second assistant director and the concern was relayed to Goth.

On the following take according to suit Goth intentionally kicked him in the head with her boot. After the scene was completed. Hunter alleges that he was in the bathroom when Goth came in and “mocked taunted” daring him to do anything about it.

Hunter felt pain in his head. The fake blood had also dried onto his robe causing him pain when he removed it. On the drive home he felt lighthearted and had to pull over twice. The following day, the casting agency informed him that the production did not desire him back for the remaining two days according to the suit.

The suit accuses Goth and wrongful termination claim against A24 Goth and West.
