How to Make Aloo Kofta

Step by Step

  1. Add boil potato in a mixing pot then add 1 teaspoon black pepper,1 teaspoon red pepper powder, 2 teaspoon corn flour,1teaspoon zira.
  2. Add all ingredients and stir it
  3. Mix egg in it and deep fry till golden
  4. Fried chopped onion ginger paste and choped tomato
  5. Add teaspoon taste paste add potato balls garnish gern paper

  11. Blackpepper 1 Teaspoon
  12. Cornfloor 2 Teaspoon
  13. Zira Powder
  14. Ginger Garlic Paste 2 Teaspoon
