• Garlic paste 2tbsp
• Cooking oil 1/2 cup
• Special masala 1 tbsp
• Dry fenugreek leaves 1/2 tsp
• Ginger 1 piece
• Salt as required

How To Make Special Mutton Karahi

Step By Step

• Boil mutton pieces
• Now heat oil in karahi
• Fry on heat mutton turn brown red
• Add garlic paste , chopped green chillies.Fry it well for 2 to 3 minutes
• Mix yogurt a bit and add to pan
• Mix salt and masala and fry for 2 to 3 minutes
• Add fenugreek leaves green chillies cook until oil appears as a separate layer
• Now garnish karahi with gingers and serve with chapatti
