United States stock markets will be closed on Friday March 29 in observance of Good Friday the day in which Christian and Catholic Churches commemorate the crucifixion and death of Jesus Christ.

After closing for Good Friday it will be business as usual on Wall Street until late May.

The next scheduled stock market closure is on Monday May 27, 2024 in observance of Memorial Day.

The New York Stock Exchange and Nasdaq will be closed Friday and reopen Monday April 1. The U.S. bond market will close at 2 pm ET Thursday and will be closed Friday according to Securities Industry and Financial Market Association.
