Payne was on holiday with influencer girlfriend in days before his death.
The One Direction singer was found dead age 31 in a hotel courtyard in Buenos Aires Argentina at 5pm local time on Wednesday after he get extremely serious injuries from a fall from a balcony on third floor.
Payne was announced dead at scene. Authorities will perform an autopsy and investigate the cause of death.

In the days before Payned death the couple had been sharing joyful moments from their Argentina stay.
Payne last Snapchat story was a photo of himself and Cassidy in swimsuits one that Cassidy had posted on Instagram in August 2023 to mark 3oth birthday.

In a video shared on his Snapchat profile Payne can be view sitting at the hotel breakfast table joking with Cassidy about leaving her hat on the table.

Officials are investigating the circumstances surrounding Payned death Buenos Aires police said in a statement he died after he fell from hotel balcony on third floor.

According to police in Buenos Aires officers at scene were responding to reports of an aggressive man who may have been under effects of drug and alcohol.
When they arrived at hotel officials were told a loud noise had been heard in inside courtyard.
Soon after they discovered the body there.
A police investigation was launched.
Emergency services director Alberto Crescenti told media that Payne had suffered injuries and an autopsy will be carried out.
Mr Crescenti refuse to reply queries about circumstances of Payne fall from balcony.
The star body has been moved to a morgue in city.
Police in Buenos Aires told on Thursday that inspection of scene where Payne fell has carried out on hotel ground floor.
They told that a bottle of whiskey a lighter and cell phone were found.
Police said
“Everything indicates that musician was alone when the fall happened” and that he had died at scene and there were no injuries suggest a third party had been involved.”
