considerable falling or blowing snow
wind speed of 35 mph or greater
visibility frequently below a quarter mile are expected to happen for three hours or more

Heavy snow is possible for evening commute. The mega snowfall totals are expected to fall after 5 pm and into the overnight hours as temperature continue to fall. At the same duration various continues will be under a winter storm warning which notes wind gusts upto 45 mph are expected in various locations.
