Hydro One Staff ready for another winter storm is expected to bring blizzard like conditions

Hydro One support staff, crew and damage assessors are ready to work through blizzard like condition predicted for this weekend as much of the region prepares for another winter storm. There heavy blowing snow, thunder snow this storm is brin f damaging winds to parts of central, eastern and southern Ontario.

Hydro One has a number of modern outage instrument available for consumers to report outages and access updates when and how they desire outage text alerts.

The organization is motivating consumers to ensure they are ready to shelter in place with a fully stocked emergency preparedness kit as winter storm can make road and access conditions challenging delaying restoration.

“We encourage our customers to prepare by ensuring their emergency preparedness kits are ready in advance of the potential blizzard conditions” Hydro One said.
