Music sensation Sean Diddy Combs who has faced multiple of sexual assault lawsuits and federal human trafficking investigation in past year has been arrested the producer attorney tells media.

Combs who has been in New York City last week was arrested Monday at the Park Hyatt Hotel on 57th Street in Manhattan and taken into custody by Homeland Security Investigation.
The arrest was made on an indictment that is expected to be unsealed Tuesday morning.

Since Last November Comb has been hit with multiple lawsuits nine directly accusing him of sexual attack.
Multiple of those accusers have met with federal investigators for questioning as part of wide ranging probe.

Dawn Richard a former member of musical group Danity Kane filed a lawsuit in New York accusing the producer of sexual battery and false imprisonment among various allegations.
One of Comb attorney Erica Wolf denied Richard allegations and said the Richard having a financial motive.
Combs attorney said that musician has been cooperating with the investigation that led to the indictment and voluntarily relocated to New York last week in anticipation of these charges.
