Ithaca 31-9 plays Lynchburg Va to open the Cleveland region friday. Alvernia and Host Case Western Reserve are two team in region.

St John Fisher, Suny New Paltz, Ithaca and Cortland will star double elimination region series Friday.

St John Fisher 26-17 will move to Dallas Pa and face top regional seed and host Misericordia on Friday.

The winner will face either Keystone or Middlebury in winner bracket.

Cortland 30-12-1 earned host duties for regional and will face Washington & Jefferson Pa on Friday.

The Red Dragons were runner up in SUNYAC tournament falling twice to New Paltz on Sunday.

Salve Regina is top seed in region will face Colby.
