This is not first time Tamannaah has opened up about her diet secrets.
In the past she has shared that she is both dairy and gluten intolerant stressing how diet plays a key role in her skincare routine.
In August 3 interview with Lallan top she said i believe a good diet makes a big change.
Many people have food sensitivities and are not even aware of them.
I did not know i was intolerant to gluten and dairy.
Trial and error attempting different diets and approaches i realized that avoiding gluten improved my skin and skipping dairy did same it was learning process along the way.
