Music sensation Sean Diddy Combs who has faced multiple of sexual assault lawsuits and federal human trafficking investigation in past year has been arrested the producer attorney tells media.
Combs who has been in New York City last week was arrested Monday at the Park Hyatt Hotel on 57th Street in Manhattan and taken into custody by Homeland Security Investigation.
The arrest was made on an indictment that is expected to be unsealed Tuesday morning.
Earlier this year Combs was investigated by Homeland Security Investigation agency which result in multiple searches of music star Los Angeles and Miami homes in March.
Since Last November Comb has been hit with multiple lawsuits nine directly accusing him of sexual attack.
Multiple of those accusers have met with federal investigators for questioning as part of wide ranging probe.
Comb in the past denied all wrongdoing alleged in lawsuits. He issued a public apology after media released surveillance images earlier this year that showed Combs attacking his ex girlfriend. Cassandra Cassie Ventura in Los Angeles hotel in March 2016.
Jones who worked as videographer and producer for Combs accuses Combs of sexual assault sexual harassment and grooming and claims to have video of the music star and his staff engaging in illegal activities.
Combs has denied the allegation brought by Ventura who add she was raped and subjected to years of physical and other abuses by Combs.
Combs was seen in video grabbing and Kicking Ventura. Two days after the video was published Combs beg forgiveness for his actions view in the video.
Dawn Richard a former member of musical group Danity Kane filed a lawsuit in New York accusing the producer of sexual battery and false imprisonment among various allegations.
One of Comb attorney Erica Wolf denied Richard allegations and said the Richard having a financial motive.
Combs attorney said that musician has been cooperating with the investigation that led to the indictment and voluntarily relocated to New York last week in anticipation of these charges.
