Ticketmaster confirmed that hackers accessed consumer personal data.
Consumers last week start notices posting Ticketmaster sent notifying of their involvement in breach.
The company add the breach affected more than 1000 consumers in filing.
The notice included in filing with Maine Attorney General add that an unauthorized third party obtained information from cloud database hosted third party data services provider between May 18 and April 2.

Accessed data may include phone number, email, credit card data as well as other personal data provided to us.
The company says they believe that consumers who have not been notified are not involve in breach.
The company said customers monitor their credit and bank accounts for signs of doubtful activity.
Ticketmaster is offering consumers identity monitoring services through TransUnion according to notice.
Consumers must enroll within 3 months of getting the notice.
California residents Cynthia Ryan and Rosalia Garcia filed a lawsuit more than the data breach in May in California Central District Court.
The couple allege that Live Nation and Ticketmaster failed to properly secure their personal data like email addresses, phone numbers, ticket sales, event details, order data and partial payment card data.
