It is a mega weekend for football lovebirds and lovers local restaurants are expected to busy with Sunday Big Game and early celebration of Valentine Day. Business owners revealed this weekend is needed after slower than normal begin of the year.

Local hotels are looking to score mega this weekend, the Hawaii Restaurant Association Executive Director Sheryl Matsuoka added business has slowed down after the holidays.

After holiday season till now it has been very slow and numbers are coming in very low. Matsuoka added.

As for mega game whether it be take out platter or viewing parties locations like Beastside Kitchen are getting ready.

A lot of cool stuff for whoever does come said Beastside Kitchen owner Jame Kiko.

“They wear their NFL gear and they get prizes right when you walk in door. Pretty much everyone is a winner if you come on time”
