20 Things To Do in Chicago This Weekend:Memorial Day Parades, Wing Out

This long weekend spend to enjoy street festivals, tasting lot of foods, music in heart of Wrigleyville, shopping at Randolph Street Market.

There is Memorial Day parades this weekend to honor soldiers who lost lives while serving in the U.S. armed forces.

Memorial Day Parade

Organized by American Legion Tattler Post and Rosehill Cemetery this Memorial Day parade has been tradition for more than 50 years.

It features a band, Junior Reserve Officers, Boy Scouts, military veterans.

10 am Monday

On Rosehill Drive near Ashland Avenue.

There will be post parade memorial ceremony with free food provided by American Legion Post 1973 and 2 pm pig roast Tattle post 4355 N Western Ave.

The All White Experience

Spend Memorial Day on Chicago mega rooftop for Offshore first annual All White Experience.

Sweeping seen of the city, food, beverages, DJs and more. Ticket start at $40.

3-9 pm Sunday

Mole De Mayo

At this annual Pilsen street fest, local chefs will face off to make best mole, the Mexican sauce famous for sweet and sour ingredients.

There will be music, dance and art.

On 18th street between Morgan and Halsted streets.

5-10 pm friday noon 10 pm Saturday and noon 9 pm Sunday.

$5-10 donation entry

Randolph Street Market

A biannual European style fest Randolph Street Market come back with more than 100 vendors selling antiques, handmade decor and more.

There will be live music.

Tickets are $5-15

Memorial Day Wreath-Laying Ceremony & Parade

Chicago honors U.S. military personnel who died while serving in armed forces with wreath laying ceremony at 11 am and parade that starts at noon.
