Under terms of settlement all class members are eligible for $100 payments. Class members may be able to get additional payment up to $818.28 if intended to contact Walgreens to explain of dispute background check but did not do so due to email they get.
The final approval hearing for the settlement is schedule for July 23, 2024
The deadline for objection and exclusion is May 23, 2024.
No claim form is required to get a $100 payment. However class member who submit a claim by May 23, 2024 can get additional $818.28 payment.
