Bank of America consumers reported having difficulty accessing their bank accounts on Wednesday but the bank glitch has been fixed.

Bank of America refused to tell the main reason of problem. It is not visible when all systems will be back to normal.
Bank of America was hit with outage on Wednesday afternoon that left consumers accounts showing a balance of zero.
One user on X said their account balance were showing $0 but a phone call to BofA automated phone lines were delivering the correct balances.

The bank help line account on X was directing consumers to an automated link to request help.
Some clients are experiencing an issue accessing their accounts and balance information today. these issues are being addressed and have been resolved. We apologize for any inconvenience.
People are complaining their account balances are not visible on the app while others say they can access their account but they are seeing a balance of $o.
