Liam Payne a former member of boyband one direction has died after falling from window of a hotel in Buenos Aires according to police there. He was 31.
Buenos Aires police said that man from 14B Police Station went to hotel on Wednesday afternoon after getting a 911 call about an aggressive man who was under influence of drugs or alcohol.
The police statement did not identify that person as Payne.
Payne death occurred Wednesday at hotel on Costa Rica Street in Palermo neighborhood according to statement from police.
He has celebrated his 31st birthday in UK according to videos posted to his Snapchat.
Payne was born in Wolverhampton West Midland youngest of three.
He is alum of the City of Wolverhampton College where he studied music technology.
Payne was view in Argentina attending former bandmate Niall Horan concert on October 2 according to social media post
Payne was famous as member of the famed British boyband One Direction.
The band included Harry Styles, Zayn Malik, Horan and Louis Tomlinson first former in 2010 after member appeared on UK version of competition show The X Factor.
One Direction revealed they were taking a hiatus in 2o15. Payne later released debut album in 2019 titled LPI.
In May 2023 announced that was working on new album that he was excited and shared that he was planning a tour.
Payne had son born in 2017 who he shared with former Girls Aloud singing group member Cheryl Cole.
In a video shared on Yotube in 2023 Payne talked about love and affection he felt for his son Bear.
