Ken Page, whose Broadway resume originating roles in important productions in musical theater history died Monday. Page was born in 1954 and went on to have career in theatre initiation with in chorus of The Muny outdoor theatre in St Louis.

Page was born and raised in St Louis and graduated from Bishop Dubourg High School.
Page attended Fontbonne College in Clayton on a full scholarship.
