Krispy Kreme is selling a dozen Doughnuts for $2 All Labor Day Weekend

From Aug 29 to Sept 2 the food chain is selling a dozen doughnuts for only $2.

Krispy Kreme is celebrating Labor Day with few relief.

Starting Thursday Aug 29 the food chain is selling a dozen doughnuts for only $2. The deal lasts the end of the weekend on Monday Sept.2.

In order to get the deal fans need to buy any dozen at regular prize and get the second batch for $2.

According to company press release it is limited to two dozen in shop and drive thru and one dozen through the app.

On July 12 consumers were able to buy a dozen doughnuts for only 87 cents. The  less price 87 years in business since the founder Vernon Rudolph first started selling doughnuts in grocery stores in 1937.

Krispy Kreme had summer filled with celebrations. In July the chain celebrated 87 years of business.

Krispy Kreme collaborated with Dr Pepper to launch the Krispy Kreme x Dr Pepper start collection. The football season focused menu features three new treats.

The Dr Pepper Start Doughnut is a classic glazed doughnut topped with Dr Pepper flavored frosting.

The new Buttercreme Goals Doughnut has doughnut base and is dipped in green icing.Covered in rainbow sprinkles its topped with yellow buttercream flavored goal post.

Kreme Filled Football Doughnut which is decorated like a football. As for taste it is filled with white cream and dipped in chocolate icing.

The sporty collection will be available in shop and for pick up and delivery customers can snag a half dozen box at select retailers.

Krispy Kreme is offering consumers a dozen Original Glazed doughnuts for $2 with the purchase of any dozen doughnuts at regular price from Thursday Aug.29 through Monday Sept. 2 the company revealed Wednesday.

Customers can get the offer in shop and for pick up at participating Krispy Kreme shops or delivery through the Krispy Kreme app or website.

Customers can order the Krispy Kreme Dr Pepper Kickoff Collection for limited time which includes an all new doughnut that company says delivers the refreshing experience of the iconic 23 original flavors of Dr Pepper.
