Aldi employs over 49,000 workers across the US and is hiring 13,000 new worker before holiday season and stores open across the country.
The company revealed in a press release past week it will be hiring 13,000 new store and warehouse employees as company continues to add over stores across the US.
The national average starting wages for Aldi workers will be set at $18 an hour and $23 an hour for warehouse workers. Salaries are based on market and position.
In 2023 Aldi introduced new perks in reply to employee feedback including flexible scheduling and 100% paid parental and caregiver leave.
Aldi is also offering workers various health care benefits. Employees who work over 30 hours a week have access to healthcare insurance paid time off as well as other perks.
The discount grocery store chain employs over 49,000 workers and looks to pass the 60,000 worker mark with new hiring spree.
