Downtown Lima’s Metro Center welcomes first commercial tenant spherion recruiting and staffing

The Metro Center in downtown Lima celebrating the grand opening of their first business tenant.

Spherion Recruiting and Staffing has move forward into 1st floor of former Metropolitan Bank Building. The Metro Center has more than 30 upscale lofts all filled and aims to fill the 1st floor with more retail space and offices.

The staffing franchise is owned by Lima native Tom Pentenburg who is very happy and continue working to help the other business while staying downtown.

Business leader express that the progress of the Metro Centre will have a positive effect on the rest of downtown Lima.

“The more mixed use you have where everybody can come in and have different services different chances it it just really fantastic.

More foot traffic. More people in downtown.” CEO of Lima added

“Spherion has had a long history of being involved in Lima and downtown Liam and so that was our first thought when we came to purchase this business was that we desire to remain here. And the Metro Center really gives us best of all situations.”

Petenburg added.

The Rock is Back

Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson the lates board member of TKO Group holdings is going to headline WrestleMania 40 against Roman Reigns.

The Rock vs Roman Reigns was supposed to happen at WrestleMania 39 but not happen due to Rock busy schedule.He was not physically prepared for bout. This bout is being eyed for Saudi Arabia Event at WrestleMania 40.

The game between the Roman Reigns and The Rock is still considered.Rock has showed his interest in media interviews and is advocating for the matchup.

The Rock and Roman Reigns will square off against each other it is one of the most iconic in pro wrestling history.

The potential match between Roman Reigns and The Rock is not confirmed.
